Parent Night: This will take place in the elementary school gym at 6:00 P.M; Doors will open at 5:30 P.M to sign your four and over children up for childcare. Please join us for an informative evening consisting of all things Tiger. How to help our students do their Tiger Best, and go over student/parent expectations. Childcare for children four years or older will be provided by JAG out on the playground. Many activities will be available. Please let us know if you have any questions.
Note from Nurse Abby: Jefferson West School District will provide Dental Screenings to all students enrolled, unless their parent/guardian has notified the school, to opt their child(ren) out of the dental screening. Please send a signed note or email Nurse Abby, abby.martin@usd340.org by September 14th, if you want your student opted out of the screening.
Late Start Reminders: Busses will run one hour later than your student’s normal time. Classes will begin at 9:00 A.M. Please call the office if you have any questions.
All School Carnival: Please note the season change for the Carnival. This is now a fall Carnival versus the usual in the spring time and will take place on September 16th. Please follow “Jeff West Booster Club” for more information including Wristband Prices, donation information, time and location information. We will continue keeping you posted as we receive more, as well.
“Rooms”: You should have received an email from the district to set up your account via our Jeff West app. If you have not, and you have questions, please feel free to reach out to us at 785-484-2455. We highly encourage you to install and sign in to enable communication with your student’s teacher.
