Field Day: This will take place at Tiger Stadium on May 10th. Parents and siblings are more than welcome to attend to watch and walk the track, but will not be able to partake in the field events. Volunteer spots are still open! To reserve your spot, please contact Coach Axtell at brian.axtell@usd340.org. Please remember to sunscreen your child BEFORE school. Students are NOT to leave the field with parents. If you would like to check your child out, you will need to do so at the ES office. Family members will need to sign in on the North side of the football field.
Unidentified Rashes: If a rash covers multiple areas of the body, is painful for your child, or blisters and oozes, learning may be difficult. A rash may be due to an allergic reaction, or a strep rash, or other reasons which need to be evaluated by a medical provider to provide some relief for your child and reduce the spread to their classmates. We appreciate your support to keep all of our students and staff healthy.
Medication Reminder for the End of the School Year:
1. The school cannot keep medication over the summer.
2. All medication must be picked up prior to the last day of school or the parent or guardian must make arrangements if the medication cannot be picked up.
3. Any medication not picked up by the end of the school year will be destroyed.

Academic Award Assembly: Will be held on Thursday, May 23rd in the elementary school gym at 8:30 A.M. Parents are welcome to join for the ceremony. Students are allowed to be signed out after the ceremony. Normal school dismissal will be at 11:45 A.M.
