2nd Grade Grandparent’s Day & Music Program – February 25th is Grandparent’s Day for 2nd Grade! Grandparents may arrive between 1:20-1:30 for an afternoon full of fun activities. There will be a permission slip going home for parents to sign giving their child permission to leave with their grandparent at the end of the day. We look forward to seeing the kids spend time with their grandparents! The 2nd Grade Music Program is also February 25th at 7:00 P.M. Doors will open at 6:30 P.M. and students are to report to their classrooms at 6:40 P.M.

Classroom Snacks: All treats brought to school for ANY reason must to be store bought and remain prepackaged. Please do not open the packages to decorate. Thank you for keeping our students safe from allergens!

Parent/Teacher Conferences – They are right around the corner! Parent/Teacher conferences will be February 17th. Be on the lookout for sign up information from your child’s teacher!

Note from the Nurses: A stomach bug, strep and other illnesses have been reported in our schools. We are taking additional measures to stop the spread here at school. Ways to do this include covering your cough, washing hands, and staying home when ill. Students are required to stay home and may not return until 24 hours after fever, throwing up, or diarrhea free without the use of fever reducing medication. Reminder: we cannot medicate for symptoms of illness.
