Playground Opening: FINALLY! The day is here! We will be having a playground-opening event on Thursday, May 5th. Families are invited to join us in experiencing the new turf and equipment. Students will enter the playground on separate sidewalks at approximately 2:00 pm; families may wait on the playground. After the event, students will go back into the school with their teachers where they will get a head count. We will open the building for parents to come in and sign out their children in the classroom, if you like. If you have any questions, please contact the office. Busses will still run routes.
Note from Mrs. Bevitt: We greatly appreciate your support of this fundraiser and we thank you for helping us raise over $1000.00 for the K-4 Art Program. If you still want to place a late order, the late order deadline is May 12, 2022 and you must pay to have your items shipped to your address. THANK YOU!
Due to COVID: 1. We are not using the drinking fountains. Please send your child/children with a refillable water bottle. We have filling stations available. 2. Students will only be allowed to ride their assigned bus(s).
Field Day: Is quickly approaching! May 13th the Kindergarten and 1st grade will arrive at the Jeff West football field by 9:30 AM. 2nd, 3rd, and 4th graders will follow right after, arriving at 10:00 AM. Students will walk with their teachers to and from the field. Students will not leave with parents from the field. Sack lunches will be provided by the school, and eaten at the football field. Please apply sunscreen before school! Family members must sign in at the north entrance behind the bleachers.
