Reminder from Nurse Abby: Jefferson West School District will provide Dental Screenings to all students enrolled, unless their parent/guardian has notified the school, to opt their child(ren) out of the dental screening. Please send a signed note or email Nurse Abby, abby.martin@usd340.org by September 14th, if you want your student opted out of the screening!
Book Fair: Will be here before we know it! Please look for the sign up genius on our website and app for volunteers.
Speaking of volunteers: We encourage each and every parent and patron to visit school and be actively involved in educating our youth. All volunteers MUST enter through the front door of the building, and report to the office to sign in and receive a visitor’s pass. Dress codes and wellness rules DO apply. If you are feeling ill, please stay home.
Farewell and Hello: Mrs. Seals, our former Kindergarten teacher has been our full time sub recently for Mrs. Holloman. We are sad to announce that Mrs. Seals will be leaving us come next Friday. She and her husband will be relocating to Colorado due to a job transfer. Thank you, Mrs. Seals, for your time as a Tiger. We want wish them the best of luck on all their future endeavors! We would like to give a big Tiger welcome Mrs. Wuellner, who will be coming in as our new full time sub for Mrs. Holloman. Mrs. Wuellner has been a substitute for us for the past year all around the building. The kids are familiar with her, and we look forward to being able to see her every day. Thank you for joining the Tiger family, Mrs. Wuellner.
