The Greenhand FFA Degree is an entry-level membership award for first-year agricultural education students, recognizing foundational knowledge of the FFA's mission, history, and symbols. To earn it, members must be enrolled in an agriculture course, have a supervised agricultural experience (SAE) plan, learn the FFA Creed and motto, understand the emblem and jacket, and submit an application. This degree serves as a stepping stone toward higher FFA degrees and honors, symbolizing a beginner's commitment to the organization.

This Wednesday, the Agriscience students will be attending the Northeast District Greenhand Conference. On Thursday, there is an Alumni meeting which all FFAers and parents are welcome to attend.
Thank you all that have contributed to the chapter’s Affiliate drive. Every bit of money raised goes directly to FFA members through their projects or leadership opportunities.
