Community Resource Officer Chuck Haggard donated his time and expertise at a self-defense class that served as a fundraiser for students traveling to Germany. Participants learned numerous tactics and practiced using faux “pepper spray” on “attackers.” Thank you, Mr. Haggard! This was very informative!
Don't forget to set your clock forward one hour tonight!
The Meriden Police Department has generously volunteered to pay for the first 20 registrants for the self-defense class scheduled for Thursday, March 7. If you would like to commit to participating in this fundraiser for the exchange trip to Germany, there are still some spots available through this gift opportunity. Please email Lisa Sage at the high school to commit to the class. Previous non-committed INQUIRIES do not reserve a spot. Email confirmations are needed for anyone who has not already paid. If you previously paid for the class, your payment will be refunded, and your spot is secure.
