Community schools have the unique distinction of being the only place accessible to the entire community. Whether it is students gathering for their education or community members gathering for a performance, everyone can make use of the district’s facilities. For this reason, we have created a facilities committee with the goal of making sure that Jeff West’s facilities are safe and ready to meet the varying needs of everyone in the community.

 In addition, the committee will evaluate and provide recommendations to the board to ensure that resources and facilities are used efficiently and effectively. In doing so the committee will look through the lens of creating an environment that instills PRIDE to all that have access.

 Jeff West received a facility assessment in early 2023, and the committee is tasked with reviewing the assessment and creating recommendations for sustainable, fiscally responsible improvement to our facilities.
